Innovation means different things to different people. Rather than get into the subtle distinctions between one approach and another we have decided to take a strategic approach to the subject. For us, innovation is a way of doing business, rather than it is a process, a tool-set or a department. Rather than focus on the need to develop new products there may equally be an opportunity to enhance the customer experience. It’s also possible that the new hire you have in induction (brainwashing into your way of thinking) may actually have a better way.
